Excellent condition--some things that deserve mention; the loop for the one button for closure is not as strong as it could be. Also the belt loops seem a little vulnerable from the weight of the belt when the coat was hung. One loop looks as it may break apart. You can still wear the coat with the belt though, if the belt loop does break, the coat is still aesthetically and practically still functional.
Mod Belt can be adjusted, but needs some effort.
